WHY OUR SCHOOL IS USING THE FACTS PROGRAM

*    FACTS is a nationally-recognized tuition management program that helps our school administer “budgeted” tuition accounts in a more efficient way.

*    Our school uses FACTS for information management and reporting purposes-- helping our administration and school board plan for the future.

*    FACTS offers more flexibility in dealing with unforeseen hardships should it arise for one of our families.  We now offer two payment dates (5^th or 20^th)

*  FACTS is a convenient way to pay tuition!  Some families open a “tuition only” savings or “custodial” account for making their payments.

*    FACTS permits parents to pay their tuition through their credit card:  MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  Note: a 2/5% convenience will be applied to each payment. 

*    Our administration and school staff are still in control, so families can always call us should family “hardships” or changes arise during the school year.  Changes can be made to a family’s account with as little as 4- business days notice.  A special enrollment form for credit cards can be obtained at the school business office.

*    FACTS is a partner with our school and brings us the latest technology and web-based services.  Families can view their personal account online, anytime.

*    Having an automatically scheduled tuition payment gives neither the company nor the school any knowledge of or direct access to your account.

*    Using FACTS helps us better control our costs, allows us to forecast our budget needs in coming years, and helps in keeping tuition as affordable as possible.

*    FACTS permits our school to arrange special payment plans for families with unusual circumstances or special needs.  It gives us the flexibility we need to meet our family’s needs.
